What’s hard is the hour after: sizes mixed up, two people fighting over the last piece, someone DMing a fake “admin” account number while you’re still packing. Live isn’t different from WhatsApp — you just have less time to think.

When the stream dies
Send the same link to everyone who DM’d. Don’t invent a fresh account number per person — that’s how you lose track. Mark shipped when the rider actually leaves; your trust score and any dispute file care about that. If someone screams “scam” in comments, ask who they paid. Half the time it’s a fake page.
