Questions sellers ask
- Does my buyer need an app?
- No. They open the link, see your record and pay by card or bank transfer through Paystack.
- When do I get my money?
- When the buyer confirms, or when the check time ends without a problem, the sale moves to your Trust Layer balance. Bank withdrawals are not open yet.
- What does it cost?
- Your store, links and trust profile are free. A 0.5% fee applies only on completed sales, and it shows on the order before anyone pays. Pro (₦5,000 a month) is optional and caps the wait at 12 hours after delivery.
- What if a buyer lies about the item?
- They have to report it with photos. You reply with yours, and two reviewers must agree on the outcome. The review target is 3 business days, and you are not paid out while it is open.
- Can I sell things I source after payment?
- Yes. Choose “I’ll source it” when you make the link. The buyer sees that you are sourcing it and when to expect it.
